About the Project
Previcox approached my company for a redesign for the patient (puppies!) portal on their website. This portal would help pet owners maintain their pet's medication needs and also serve as a one stop shop for veterinarians to see treatment history,
Process
After a few rounds of remote and in person workshops to identify key steps along the customer journey and elements that would need to be on the site, we made the wires in Axure and ran it through testing to ensure customers could easily register new pets and add medications.
Design Process
After testing and completion of the wireframes, we moved into the design phase. The client already had a style guide for their web assets, so we couldn't stray too far from that. Even lifestyle images had to come from a vetted and approved source due to the medical nature of their website. Pixel perfect designs were created in Photoshop, copy was written and approved and we delivered the designs to their development team to implement.
