About the project
A research team and myself conducted interviews with 16 different users and collected data for a large B2B mobility platform. The people interviewed represented 5 main groups that use the platform and we then created personas that were based on the findings. These personas will help drive business efforts to increase sales for the business.
This document was compiled together in Adobe InDesign and shows what we were able to learn through qualitative research as well as metrics that were received from our analytics partners. This valuable data can then be used to better understand the customer and meet their needs.
